- How do I find out the sizes of products?
Size charts for each product are available in the product images and you can find info on the FIT type in the product details. Most products have an Oversized Fit.
- I made a mistake while ordering. Can I edit my order?
All orders are processed in the shortest time possible, sometimes within minutes from ordering. While it may not always be guaranteed, if you need to make changes to your order please get in touch with us as soon as possible. (info@holideisapparel.com or Instagram DM)
- When will I get my order?
Delivery takes 7-12 days to most countries. Sometimes even less depending on the location.
- What to do if my order is late?
You can monitor your order progress with the Tracking Details you received via mail. We aim to complete delivery within 14 days at the latest. In case your order hasn't arrived within this time frame please get in touch with us and we will help you.
- My Tracking is not updating/I have a problem with my delivery
Get in touch with us and explain us the situation. (info@holideisapparel.com or Instagram DM) We will directly contact the delivery company and shipping agents that handled your order for you.
- How do I make a return/exchange?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return/exchange. Please get in touch with us to know the details (info@holideisapparel.com or Instagram DM)
- What countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available for delivery at checkout, please get in touch with us and we can check if we are able to do something about it.

- Can I use more than one discount code for my order?
Most promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
